Jerry Mosbacher

In his role as the Administrator, Mr. Mosbacher manages all personnel, regulatory, administrative, and financial programs. Mr. Mosbacher makes sure that we abide by all federal, state, and regulatory guidelines. He creates policies in order to make sure that all staff members can effectively meet the needs of the patient and their caregivers. Mr. Mosbacher believes that we should provide a valuable experience for families as they navigate a hospice journey with their loved ones.
M. John Chung
Medical Director
As Medical Director, Dr. Chung oversees the management of our clinical staff, patient care and quality improvement initiatives.
As the program’s Medical Director, Dr. Chung manages our clinical staff, quality improvement initiatives and patient care.
Dr. Chung became a part of Katy Internal Medicine Associates in 2007. He received a medical education in Oklahoma City from the University of Oklahoma’s Health Science Center. Dr. Chung graduated in 1995 with a major in microbiology, a minor in biochemistry and magna cum laude honors. He performed three years of post-graduate training in internal medicine at Loyola University Medical Center in Chicago, Illinois.
He is certified by the board in internal medicine and has special interests in cardiovascular disease, preventative medicine and diabetes.
Originally from Brooklyn, New York, Dr. Chung now lives in Katy, Texas, with his wife and two young children. Dr. Chung is a connoisseur of exotic foods and fine arts. He enjoys ballroom dancing, golf, tennis, and skiing.
Debbie Mosbacher
CFO
Mrs. Mosbacher has been in a business environment for more than 30 years. She was appointed to the Workgroup on Electronic Data Interchange (WEDI), created by President George H. W. Bush. President Bush gave this group the task of developing common standards for healthcare cards, processing insurance claims, and information databases. Mrs. Mosbacher has a lot of experience in creating and working in volunteer programs related to health care.
Mrs. Mosbacher resides near Katy, Texas, with her family. She enjoys traveling, sports, and spending time with her family.
